Mioorto S.r.l. Organizzazione di Produttori

Mioorto represents a perfect showcase of the changes which hav e take n place in horticulture in Northern Italy. Mioorto, which has existed for generations in traditional agriculture, shifted to growing crops in non-heated greenhouses and in 1991 converted entirely to growing pre-washed vegetables.

The company relies on the whole chain control through its nursery, cultivation, processing premises, representing the typical Italian fresh-cut industry.
