Welcome Cocktail at 7 p.m.

Cocktail for registered participants, accompanying persons and sponsors will take place. The cocktail will provide an opportunity for attendees to informally meet for drinks and snacks before formal proceedings start on Monday morning.

Welcome Reception will take place Sunday between 7 pm to 9 pm at the NH Hotel Ambasciatori, located in C.so V. Emanuele, 104. Torino.

Social Event at 7:30 p.m.

The Alpine Choir will perform with traditional Alpine songs in the Hall of the Rectorate Palace of the University of Torino.

Gala Dinner at 9 p.m.

A pleasant social dinner will be served to registered participants, accompanying persons and sponsors and will be the social highlight of the Conference.The Gala dinner will take place at Restaurant 'Il Maestro' in the outdoor of the Basilica di Superga located at the peak of Torino
