You may either choose to 'save as' and rename the extension into .xlsx or download the file as it comes and rename it later before to open it.

If you register as student please remember to provide the proof of status and expect to receive our acceptance of the student status prior to make the payment. If you register as ISHS member please remember to provide the ISHS active membership number.

After reception of payment, you will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail. Kindly keep this document as proof of your registration.

Registration without payment of the registration fee does not entitle to the ‘regular registration’ fee.

Deadline for payment of on line registration is before July 1^st, 2011. After this term, registration will be possible on desk (only cash payment)
