Registration
Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions, tours and social events.
Please, remember to fill and send the Registration Form prior to make the payment.
The latest day for on-line registration and payment is June 30, 2011. Registrations received after this date will not be considered and will have to be submitted on-site at the Congress Registration Desk. Please note that some services as Welcome reception, Social Event, Farewell Dinner, Tours and Piemonte Card could not be guaranteed.
Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions! Participants and accompanying person(s) fees do not include tours.

*For non ISHS members, the 60€ additional cost (30€ for students) will provide 12 months of complementary membership to the International Society for Horticulture Science. **An official copy of the student card or of the student status and a letter by the supervising professor are required for registering as a student. The Organizing Committee will evaluate any student application for granting the student status. The student status is not accepted by any person holding a working position.

Fees do not include anything not stated in the above lists.
Technical tour
A one day technical tour is scheduled on July 21, 2011. Information is available at http://www.freshcut2011.org/technical-tour.
Registration for the technical tour can be made filling the registration form.
The fee for the technical tour is 70€ (Euro).
Payment
Please, note that preferential rate will be granted only if full payment in Euro, free of charge or bank commission, is received before the corresponding deadline. To facilitate processing, please be sure to indicate clearly the name of participant(s), and add the reference Freshcut2011 Conference on the transfer document. Please send the receipt or the copy of the payment to the Conference Secretariat, otherwise the access to the Conference will not be allowed. Bring and show it also at the Reception Desk at your arrival to the Conference. Registrations on-site can only be paid in cash (Euro only).

Language
The official language of the Conference will be English.
Confirmation of Registration
A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received in the Conference’s bank account.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Freshcut2011 Conference Secretariat. Cancellation notification received before March 31, 2011 will be refunded less a 90€ administration fee. Cancellation received between April 1 and June 15, 2011 will be refunded less a 40% administration fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after June 15, 2011 or for no-shows. If for any reason the conference is cancelled or interrupted, the conference will not be responsible for refunds of airfares and payment for accommodations. We will reimburse other costs in proportion to the cancelled activities less a fair administrative cost. Please note that refunds will only be processed by bank transfer after the conference.
Replacements (Name Changes)
Substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome. Substitution notifications have to be made in writing to the Freshcut2011 Conference Secretariat. Replacements of confirmed registrations received after June 1, 2011 are subject to an administrative fee of 50€ per participant.
